SERVICES LIST

The Inventory is an essential document which provides a detailed description of the condition of the property and should be updated prior to each new tenancy. Bryant Inventory Services will compile an Inventory that details the property, fixtures and fittings and describes their condition thus giving an independent and impartial view. All properties should have a current Inventory compiled, whether furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished.

Inventory

At the beginning of the tenancy, Bryant Inventory Services will review all items on the Inventory and make any changes as appropriate. A Check-in document is completed, which details the keys handed over to the tenant, a general note on cleanliness and notes the meter readings where applicable.

Check In

At the end of the tenancy, Bryant Inventory Services will perform a Check-Out report to give a comparison with the original inventory from the beginning of the tenancy. A Check-Out document is completed giving full details of condition, number of keys returned and a final reading of the meters. We also detail any damage as well as wear and tear.

Check out

At an agreed interval (usually three months), Bryant Inventory Services will carryout an Inspection to confirm that the property has been appropriately maintained and no damage has been caused. A Management Interval Inspection document is completed covering cleanliness, maintenance levels and damage.
